Décret tertiaire (DEET)
The Décret Eco Energie Tertiaire, more commonly known as the Décret Tertiaire, has been in force since 2022. For DISTINCT ÉNERGIES, it represents an opportunity to apply our holistic vision of buildings and to turn this regulatory “constraint” into an opportunity for real estate value creation through energy, carbon, and environmental performance.
Energy Audits
Energy audit projects can be carried out within a regulatory framework (for large companies) in accordance with the EN 16247 standard, or as more specific studies aimed at high-performance renovation. In all cases, they are conducted with the same level of rigor, providing guidance on optimizing operating costs and improving occupant comfort.
Environmentals Certifications
